The owner of the office, Elena Andreea Niculescu, graduated from the Faculty of Law – University of Bucharest in 2013, being licensed in the field of Public International Law. In the same year, she was admitted to the National Institute for the Training and Advancement of Lawyers, thus acquiring the quality of trainee lawyer, and two years later she will be be registerd in the list of permanent lawyers within the Bucharest Bar. At the same time she attended and graduated the courses of the Mater in Public International Law and International Organizations within the University of Bucharest.

The firm offers various fields of practice, both in the field of litigation and legal advice, in particular: corporate and banking law, debts restricting and recovery, insolvency and enforcement, civil and family law, consumer protection, private international law and last but not least criminal law.
